The Water Basin is wooden tub used to store Water that is collected by rain. The water can be used to manually water crops or boiled for drinking water. When the Water Basin is activated, the player's inventory is opened to the food section. The player can drag a flask to the "Take Water" indicator of the Water Basin to fill the flask with water if there is water in the Water Basin. The Water Basin can be placed on the ground or on a foundation or ceiling and needs to be open to the sky in order to collect rainwater.
The Water Basin can hold up to 500 water and has a durability of 100.
A crafted Water Basin can be moved at any time to a different location, however doing so will empty it of water.
