A Wall is a structure that is built to enclose or divide a space. The most basic craftable version of the Wall is the Wooden Wall which has a rounded log texture on the exterior side and a more smoothed plank texture on the interior side. It can be upgraded to a Brick Wall which provides more protection. There is a separate craftable Glass Wall which has its own Wiki topic.
A Wall can be built on top of any Foundation or Ceiling. Once a wall is built, another wall can be built on top of it. Walls cannot snap to the left or right of another wall without there being a foundation or ceiling being placed and built beneath it.

A damaged Wall can be repaired using an equipped Stone Hammer and can be upgraded by hitting it with an equipped Upgrade Tool.
A sufficient number of appropriate resources must be in the player's inventory for the repair or upgrade process to work.
