The Video Settings can be changed in the Video section of the Settings.
Ultra Wide Monitor[]
If you have an ultra wide monitor, set the game to a 16:9 resolution (like 1920 x 1080) and 'windowed' mode. It leaves a gap either side of the game but avoids the stretching of the screen.
