The Upgrade Tool is a tool that allows players to upgrade specific building components to more durable versions.
Unlike other usable tools, the Upgrade Tool doesn't lose its durability when used.
To see if a building component can be upgraded and to learn how many resources are necessary to upgrade it, equip the Upgrade Tool and move the cursor over the component. If the component can be upgraded, the required resources will be displayed in the lower left hand corner of the screen. To upgrade the component, players must have the required resources in their inventory and hit the component with the Upgrade Tool.
The recipe for the Upgrade Tool is found in the Itempedia under Weapons.
