The Mixer is a device used to make Cement out of Clay and Sand. It can be placed indoors or on the ground outside and requires 40 units of Power to run. Power is only consumed during the mixing process.
Like other power-consuming devices, the Mixer must be wired either directly or indirectly (by means of Electrical Relays) from a Junction Box which in turn must be wired from a Control Panel in order to use available Power. The Mixer can be powered on or off by turning its Junction Box on or off in any Control Panel.
When activated (default E), the user interface of the Mixer displays two input receptacles, one for a stack of 10 Sand and one for a stack of 10 Clay. The Stack of 10 Cement that the machine produces appears in the bottom output receptacle. At the bottom of the user interface the time until the next batch is displayed. Each mixing cycle takes 3 minutes. The mixing process begins when the device is powered on and the player fills the input receptacles with Sand and Clay and presses the Mix button. Power is only consumed during the mixing process.
